🙌 Yay…Snow!!! 💪🏼 🤣

Finally it was our turn for some fun in the snow! 🤣

After a nice warm coffee (and me getting a little too excited), we started out in our back garden. “Awww it’s the fat snow that make snowballs!!” ☕ 😀

Our back garden…

The woods…

After an exciting run around, we decided to venture out into the woods for a snow filled adventure.

My lovely wife Sarah started off looking all innocent, and she was guiding my way through the woods nicely…When…

Hey…They are like bowling balls” i shouted whilst being bombarded!!

After Sarah unleashed a flurry of blasts…I took a large amount of damage and some of the hits were nearly fatal! I knew i had to return fire…

Here it comes…🤣

Thankfully i managed to lower the amount of bombs coming my way…And as i’m blind and can’t see Sarah…I can hear her heartbeat and locate her position, lol! 🤣

Anyway, there is no harm in getting closer!

Now it was time for the big guns…Here is a nice (accessible for the blind) monster snowball to finish the job, lol! 🤣

Wow…I hope you’ve had as much fun as me and Sarah in the snow?! Is it snowing where you are? 😀

  1. Still waiting for some fun snow in southern Missouri.

  2. Got a bunch here in northern Indiana

  3. Normally, we don’t get much snow but it snowed two inches yesterday. Our kids went out and enjoyed themselves in it.

  4. Elf is a very funny movie. Will Farrell did an excellent job of being comical. Our family quotes movies all the time and Elf is probably in the top ten movies we quote from the most often.

I use the subtitles often when watching movies and tv shows, even though I’m not deaf. I often have to hit the pause button because they flash on the screen so fast. And they don’t always spell or quote the person correctly. I’ve seen many mistakes in the subtitles. Makes me have compassion for deaf people.

Anyway, I think you will enjoy Elf if you get to listen to. Aside from the Santa philosophy, its a good movie.

  5. Fun, Fun, Fun. Makes me think of two snowball fight scenes in two movies – Dumb And Dumber and Elf. Maybe Sarah can look up the clips on you tube and describe them to you.

So, now I’m trying figure out how to ask how you and Sarah do movies. Do you cut them out entirely? Or does she describe what’s happening?

    • NO WAY!! The photo of me doing the baseball type throw was me trying to replicate the Dumb And Dumber snow fight!! I went blind in the year 2000, so i’d seen the movie when i was fully sighted, and that was the movie clip i had in mind, lol. 🤣 I instantly looked up the Elf snow fight on Youtube…Sarah was describing it to me whilst laughing lots. I think we’ll watch the full movie soon! 😀

When watching movies, we always try and see if the film has audio description…Then it’s like listening to an audiobook with pictures too. If the movie doesn’t have audio description, it’s almost impossible with the modern films to sit through as they seem to have very little dialog, and rely on super cool graphics etc. The older films have lots more dialog though and it’s easier to figure out what’s going on! 😀

As for home movies…I’m not good at all of the technical editing with movie clips. I’m much better at just cropping an image for photos…So i tend to just stick with photos. 🤣

Please don’t worry about asking anything at all…I love answering questions! God bless you. 😀

  6. Oh my, you guys are awesome! It’s great to have some fun in the snow!
