After checking the weather app yesterday it said there was a cold snap moving in until Sunday…It wasn’t joking, lol! 🤣 My lovely wife Sarah had made me another one of her fresh coffees and a slice of wholemeal toast with Grenade chocolate spread to fuel me on my journey…Mmmmmm! 😋 I knew i had 11 miles (4 laps of my trail marathon route) to complete today and i really didn’t want to go out…But i did and i nailed it and feel much better now i’ve done it! 💪🏼 😀

You are far braver and more adventurous than I am! This sounds unbelievably painful. But kudos for staying the course and finishing your run! Perseverance is an amazing character quality!
Wow, thank you so much! Although i’m not sure i’m that brave as i didn’t really want to go out there. But after about 5 miles when i’d warmed up a bit, i started to feel much better…Although i’m not looking forwards to the same next week, i just hope it’s warmer, lol! 😀

Lol, silly me…Of course your summers are much warmer and without snow! 🤣 I meant to put how cold it gets over there as it gets much colder thatn here. 😀 I think all of this freezing training is just getting me ready for a winter visit over there, lol! 🤣
