Been sick the past few weeks which is why I have been mostly silent. But still had a beautiful weekend with my husband and felt much gratitude. How are you doing?

Doing well thanks, really feeling good as i travel towards Part 3 of “Diet or Die”. Weight is still falling off and i’m feeling great and loving others becomes much easier! 😀

I wrote Diet or Die Part 1 at the beginning of the year and i’ve just posted Part 2 a couple of weeks ago, and i’ll write Part 3 for the beginning of December!
As of now i’ve lost 23lbs, thank you Jesus! 🙂
