I took my ‘no way’
Put it on ebay
Sold it to yesterday
Now who can say
Not today
With nonsense at bay
I am no longer prey
To the one who would slay
I will walk in the Way

Went to tomorrow
So that I could borrow
Things that cast a shadow
On today and bring sorrow
Killed them with an arrow
Reduced them to zero
Now I can’t wallow
In all that was shallow
Enabled to follow a life with that Hero

So now it’s today
This is where I will stay
No longer to stray
Into things that are grey
Yesterday is where my mind will no longer play
And tomorrow will no more cause me to sway
Cause, come what may
I know I will lay
A good path – when I walk in the Excellent Way
