My 1st Passport!! :D

Passport

My Thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญย

Yipppeee my 1st passport arrived in the post today!!! ๐Ÿ˜€

It may be a shock to some of you that i’m 38 and never had a passport, but after my interview on Saturday morning at the passport office in Victoria, London to prove face to face that I am me, it finally arrived today.

So, I was wondering if all of you lovely friends could suggest some great places to see and experience?! I’ll finally be able to post some photos from places other than Norfolk! lol.

Me, Sarah, Ben (The Dynamic Force) and Rosie always talk (jokingly but seriously) about a “WordPress World Tour” where we would travel around and maybe meet some of the amazing people who we share our everyday journeys with on here! Is this a crazy dream?! ๐Ÿ˜€

  1. Well don’t feel bad, I am older than you and I still don’t have a passport..sigh. I think this sounds like a fabulous dream!

  2. Congratulations! It is a wonderful thing to be able to go to other places and experience other cultures. I wish you much joy travelling.

  3. Woo Hoo!!!! Congrats~

  4. Awesome!
Make a list of the places that you’d like to visit (within your budget). From there – if you have a hard time choosing – make it a draw of the hat.
    Happy travels ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Steve, that is awesome! I remember having to get pages added to my passport when we lived in the Middle East and it was a very cool feeling. Wonderful to have been blessed to travel to so many wonderful places. I look forward to hearing about your adventures!,

      God bless you.

  12. Congrats Steve and that is a great dream to have. And just like Laurie I don’t have a passport either. Guess it’s because I don’t like travelling far from home, but I am sure you will have a wonderful time meeting some of the bloggers. ๐Ÿ˜€

  13. Congratulations!! A WordPress tour sounds like a great idea. I am in New York City so if you are ever here let me know in advance! Meantime make big dreams.

  14. You should go to Paris if you get a chance, it’s so beautiful, especially now that the weather is so nice! ๐Ÿ™‚

  15. Yay! go all over Italy your photos will be gorgeous and Ghana. Because that is where I am from and have yet to go!

The WPWT sounds like an amazing adventure – and whilst your meeting bloggers they can blog about you too and it will be like live action wordpress challenge.

    • Thanks for ‘Ghana’ i will put a flag on the map! I hope you get to see it one day too! ๐Ÿ™‚
I like the sound of the ‘Live Action WordPress Challenge’ sounds amazing! ๐Ÿ™‚

  16. Well Steve, congrats on your first-ever passport and if you all decide to do that ‘WordPress World Tour’ you are very welcome to start off by visiting me and my family here in beautiful Somerset, lol ๐Ÿ™‚

  17. Happy Passport Receipt Day! I would definitely recommend Israel! Going to the places talked about in the Bible changes how you perceive the stories. To be in Jerusalem, at the Mount of Olives, the Jordan River, the Galilee, these are experiences you should not miss.! Safety is not the issue most would think. Everywhere we went there were armed IDF soldiers. We were present during a Muslim protest, too. I think there were more soldiers than protesters!

    Definitely Israel!

  19. Definitely not a crazy dream! I have met a few online friends, and it has been such a blessing!

  20. That’s a great idea! What an adventurous thought ๐Ÿ™‚ congrats on the passport!

Any thoughts? I'd love to hear from you!
