Words of wisdom indeed. Balanced life is hard to find. Exercise incorporated with prayer is good for the body, the spirit, the mind and the soul. It must be a discipline and consistent to achieve weight loss……….food and exercise……70% what food you put in and Exercise 30% . If both are done with thankfulness for life….wellbeing can surpass expectations (even in the valley experiences of life). Thank you for blog.
