The conviction of my HEART as I read this, “follow me” He said to His disciples, is that we have not followed Him, for whatever reasons our Hearts have stayed at the cross, our journey is incomplete.
Watching Jesus Christ superstar yesterday, it is no wonder for that ended with Jesus being carried away from the cross, no hint at resurrection or ascension where He sat down on His throne wher inherited the Kingdom and God restored Him to His rightful place.
