Hi friends! 

After cheering and a few fist pumps from stepping on the scales this morning, i quickly opened the Fitbit app to see what colour my new -60lb badge would be. Of course i had to ask Sarah as i’m also colour blind too, lol! 💪🏼 😀

To say i was excited is an understatement. I’m getting closer with each badge of maintaining a healthy lifestyle which includes exercise, healthy nutrition and a healthy weight. I’m no expert at all as i’ve just tried to change things little by little so i don’t rebound…

  2. That’s wonderful! I used fitbit to lose weight as well. I would say God helped the most. Then fitbit (walking), then being accountable to someone, and finally writing everything I ate down in myfitnesspal app. You are doing a wonderful job. Congratulations and God bless you and Sarah!

    • Awww thank you so much! Yes i’d also say God first, it’s helped so much cleaning up my theology and then my nutrition. I’m also checking my healthy calorie deficit and walking lots. Great to hear you used a fitbit too! God bless you and keep posting your amazing posts! 🙏 😀
