Hi all. Since we couldnโt walk to the local butchers on Saturday as the storm was giving it the beansโฆWe had to settle for some old M&S sirloin steaks from the freezer, lol! After Sarah had cut the disgusting fat off (Me and Sarah donโt like the elastic rubber stuff) we only had 6oz steaks. ๐ญ They were super soft once Sarah had done her secret magic to them and iโd already baked 4 jacket potatoes yesterday (we share 1 between us per meal) which had the carbs sortedโฆBut then Sarah did carrots, swede, garden peas, green beans, broccoli, onions, mushrooms and best of all brussels sprouts!! ๐ฒ Wow i love recovering over the weekend after training Monday to Friday! ๐ช๐ผ
I donโt have the hyperbole to tell you how tasty this meal wasโฆAnd how jam packed full of protein it was. Proteinโฆ

Those steaks look so yummy.
That sounds delicious! I know some of my best meals are those where I put some things together I didn’t really realize I had – God is so amazing in how He provides! I was wondering if you all were near the storms, I hope all is well, and I hope that the storm is over with. Blessing to you!
Hi, yes iโm loving all of this tasty food! ๐ช๐ผ Yes we have had 3 storms in about a week, and although weโve had plenty of rain and a lot of gale force winds we are quite sheltered here in our pocket of Surrey. The storms have been terrible in other places though and done lots of damage! Thanks so much for asking and i thank God for you and your ministry. Hope youโre staying safe and well too? God bless you. ๐ ๐
Doing fine under God’s amazing care. God bless!
