Hi fitness family! After ‘FitBlitzing’ around my local nature reserve this morning, and doing my daily 8.5 miles (3 laps) i stopped to take a few photos and thought…I think i’ll just let you sit back and enjoy this beautiful place without any of my flannel and waffle…I can save all that until tomorrow!! 🤣
