Wooped It Wednesday: iWalk 3.39 miles👨🏻‍🦯

Today’s pond photo…

Hi Fitblitzers.

Not entirely sure what happened with the pond photo above, I think I hit 2.0x zoom instead of 0.5…I have no chance of getting the subject in the shot if it’s not full wide angle! 🤣

Oh and as I was walking up the hill climb section of the trail, I managed to dodge a pile of the smelly stuff (well I think it is). As I walk on the very left of the trail I missed it anyway, and it wasn’t my extreme skill. 🤣 I then put my ‘Tracking Skills’ to the test. First I thought it could be a ‘Bull Moose’ from ‘NEW England’ USA or a ‘Florida Black Bear or even an ‘American Alligator’…But I think it was probably a horse as it’s also a riding trail, lol! I really need to stop reading the ‘Trail Running and Hiking subreddits! 🤣

Hippocrates knew what he was talking about. Being out in nature refreshes the soul. You made me laugh with the thought that the pile was that of a moose or bear, or alligator–what animals of that size live in England? Anyway, happy trails, my friend. I appreciate your perseverance.

Hey Dayle, glad my ramblings can make you laugh! I’m sure I didn’t have this imagination when I could see, lol! 🤣

I’ve only been to a zoo in England to see animals of that size…Thankfully they are not on the trail or I couldn’t be out there! Or I think the truth is that Sarah would ban me from walking! 😀

I didn’t even get to the snakes and panthers etc…But yes being out on the trail amongst all of the trees and the ponds feels amazing. And I’m so pleased I decided to do the BIG challenge and get myself out there and to lose the weight to get fit at 50 before I get to 51 in April!! That’s why my 50K walk is on March 1st, I needed lots of time to train and get much lighter before I attempt it! 💪🏼 😀
