  1. Both are excellent shots but I think the “Walk on Water” image “says” a little more.

  2. Thank you for reading my blogs. I enjoy yours. I am trying to read some of the older ones. beebeesworld

  3. Love the first one. I think some of my personal “signs” end up on the ground, too. Thanks for the “like” on “thinking should be a law”.

God bless you my blogging friend and have a good week-end.

  4. Great choices for this challenge!

  5. These are both amazing! I do like how you made the last one dramatic with the grey scale!

  6. What a scream this pics are! I loved them both. . .it never ceases to amaze me when people write things, like these signs that are either so obvious it would bite ya or so stupid that all you can do is laugh. . .

    Blessings,
    SandyO

  7. I love both pics and am drawn to both for different reasons. Thank you Steve for sharing this beauty you are very talented!

  8. Lovely photos! Love the pedestrian sign!

  9. Steve, I can see why you had trouble deciding. The first one makes me smile, and the second one is beautiful.

    • Hi Wendy!
Thanks so much, i’m glad you liked them! I wasn’t sure of the effect on the lighthouse image but people seemed to like it! (I can’t see enough to know what effect it has done! lol)
It looks to me like a vintage effect, can you help?? 🙂

  10. both stunning actually, full of irony and grit.. excellent work.. c

  11. I love them both. You have posted about this lighthouse before. My husband and I take an anniversary trip every year, but have always gone somewhere different. We usually end up just doing an overnight due to lack of time off. Would love to go visit the lighthouse on one of our trips… who says a person cannot dream?! BTW, Steve, you have inspired me to join the Weekly Photo Challenge. My photos are not ever going to be on your level of quality, but I love photography and enjoying learning more. thanks

  12. Love them both, too, but especially no. 2– very Edward Hopper!
