Good word. I am continually changed as I spend time in God’s Word. I like to think of God cutting away or putting me through the pencil sharpener. I want to be used by Him to impact eternity.
Love it so much I just tweeted it. Thanks!
Wow, thanks so much Julie! I’m so blessed to have such a loving sister who inspires and encourages me! God bless you. 🙂
Ah I LOVE that! And I agree with Julie – up to us to remain sharpened! Such a good point!
Amen! 🙂

I love this quote. Thanks Steve for fidning it.
If we are these pencils in the hands of a writing God, then that means He is involved, He is active, He is influencial. in our lvies and those of others whether they realize it or not.
But, it is up to us to stay sharpened. With we waer down our “lead” we won’t be able of use to Him. Let us be willing to be put in the shrapener for a good grind every now and then. That means spending time in in His Word, listening to His Spirit, and yieldiing to His will. We must go through the process of shaving away what is keeping us from being His instrument. Grind away, Lord. I want to be sharp for you.
I love this quote. Mother Teresa will forever be an inspiration.
Very nice post, about God’s love letters, Peace be unto you, Steve!
