I am beginning to hit my fitness goals more than once a week now. It may be a poor start but since I have never been consistent in meeting the goals even once a week it is progress.
Wow that’s fantastic! π
I know exactly what you mean…I have never been consistent at all throughout my life as i’was always overweight and even morbidly obese for lots of it, so i really didn’t dream i could progress little by little like this.
I read this quote somewhere (not my usual source, but i know what he’s getting at, lol) βThe man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.β -Confucius.
To write posts like this is still completely crazy to me, and when my screenreader reads it back to me…I still can’t believe it, lol! π€£
Thanks so much for reading and leaving your motivational comment. Please keep me updated on your continued progress. God bless you. π π
I will my goal is to lose eighty pounds. Beginning has been hard but I count every small victory as forward progress.
Amen! You sound really determined, and it’s all about hitting those small steps…And then you’ll suddenly look back on how far you’ve come! πͺπΌ π
That is what I am trying to keep focused on…the small steps.
