Blindman Trail Marathon Training โ Week 11/12 โ Day 4โฆ21.56 Milesโฆ๐ฒ
Hi friends. Yay, yay, yay and another yayโฆI canโt tell you how happy i am right now, after completing my longest walk ever โ 21.56 miles in 6 hours 3 minutes!!! ๐
As you can imagine my legs are tight, stiff and slightly painful as iโm typing thisโฆBut wow was it worth it! ๐ช๐ผ

After this long walk this will be a short post, as i just wanted to let you all know โI DID ITโ without any dramas too! I stomped around the trail at 3.6 mph eating 16 Oaties (Lidlโs version of Hob Nobs) and when i returned with a huge grin on my exhausted faceโฆI was greeted with lots of bings from my apple watch as i was awarded lots of new records, yay!! ๐ช๐ผ Iโm off to rest now! ๐
