Today’s pond photo…
Hi Fitblitzers.
After being away for 5 days celebrating me and Sarah’s 18th wedding anniversary (see my 1st.post HERE), it was nice to get back on the trail. In my excitement I’ve not only taken the usual pond photo…But I thought I’d bless you with another shot from down the side of the pond, lol! 😀
I have no dramas to report today as it was a pretty straight forward walk, which is good for me as I made it back home without injury…But boring for you! 🤣 I like to take 3 photos for you to enjoy and I realised as I was finishing my lap, so I turned around and got one final photo for you. Then it was try and make it back home in one piece, and drink one of Sarah’s famous black espresso coffees. 😋
As you may know i don’t see the trail through the woods, but I hear the birdsong that surrounds me like a choir, my footsteps pound the earth like a bass drum and the breeze gently cools me down as the sunshine warms my skin. It feels great to do my daily walk, and keep moving closer to smashing my health and fitness goals! 💪🏼
I hope you’ve had your own chance to get out, get moving, and soak in the world around you, whatever that looks or sounds like for you today. 🤔

Awww thanks so much! I keep posting and boring you guys, as I simply can’t believe how much God gives and keeps giving! Talk about He gives life and gives it to the full…Such abundance as He blesses us and all I can do is praise and share it everywhere, lol! 🙏 😀
There is no limit to his resources, and we are surely blessed to be His children-blessed beyond measure!
