β Music “Broken Vessels (Amazing Grace)” by Hillsong Worship
All these pieces
Broken and scattered
In mercy gathered
Mended and whole
Empty handed
But not forsaken
I’ve been set free
I’ve been set free
Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost
But now I’m found
Was blind but now I see
Oh I can see it now
Oh I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down
Raising up the broken to life
You take our failure
You take our weakness
You set Your treasure
In jars of clay
So take this heart, Lord
I’ll be Your vessel
The world to see
Your love in me
Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost
But now I’m found
Was blind but now I see
Oh I can see it now
Oh I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down
Raising up the broken to life
Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost
But now I’m found
Was blind but now I seeOh I can see it now
Oh I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down
Raising up the broken to life
The Heights Of Abraham
After travelling up to Derby and spending the day with βOur Friends The Wigley FamilyβΒ Β Sunday came and we woke up to a lovely view over Derby.

β§ View from our hotel room β§
We then headed to the train station to travel to Doncaster to see Sarahβs family.

Little did we know that the Tour de France was in Yorkshire on this day, but to our surprise the reservations were overloaded and the train was full so we got upgraded to first class (for free) which was empty! π

We arrived in Doncaster for Marshallβs birthday dinner at Cosmoβs where we met all of the family. We had a lovely meal and it was great to catch up with them all! π

After arriving back in Derby that evening, Sarah & i went to our fave italian Zizziβs for a lovely meal. I also got to have the lovely chocolate, banana & ice cream calzone, which Sarah stole most of! πΒ

Then it was Monday 7th July our 7th wedding anniversary where we would enjoy βThe Heights Of Abrahamβ at Matlock Bath.

We we arrived at the top we found a tower (which was too dark for us to climb) but it looked nice! π

And i met a new friendβ¦β¦.

β§ My new friend (i love donkeys in case you didnβt know!) π β§Β
And after my amazing driving in the bumper cars (see here) i found another vehicle i had to driveβ¦β¦..
