Father, I thank You for giving me a book that understands me.” By the power of your Spirit in me, stir up these words of yours in my mind and heart so that my life might naturally reflect who I am in you and who you are in me. Amen.

Great prayer for right before you read His word π
Amen! Thanks Amanda! Always a pleasure to see you here! π
These are true words. I’ve had the Bible speak precisely to situations when I needed help. I was shocked the first time it happened!

Yeah it blows your mind! God bless you. π
I love this! What a great title. Struck me straight away. A book that understands me! YES!
The first time i read from the Bible i was 29, and it totally blew me away (and still does) It had the answers i was searching so hard for, and i couldn’t believe that anyone hadn’t told me sooner! π
That’s so great!! Amazing how the Bible is alive like that. I get so frustrated from telling kids about it every day, and none of them want to pick it up and read it. It’s so encouraging to hear when it changes peoples’ lives!
It transforms my heart daily! It blows my mind how it seems to know and guide my life! π
Great post .good writing
