Today’s pond photo…

Hi Fitblitzers.
It seems ages since I actually walked down to the pond to capture one of my fave photos! I’m about 2 months behind on my training, and I have less than 2 months until the 50Km (31.07 miles) trail walk! π¨ Now this is going to be a Brobdingnagian of a challenge for me!
After the last post Sarah & I were completely snowed in for a few days, and I was totally snowblind and it was fully iced up…So no walking at all until this morning. The snow had completely gone this morning and it was a little bit warmer, but raining…That works fine for me as that nasty sunshine was nowhere to be seen, and it didn’t melt my eyeballs and brain to mush!

I had no idea it was that difficult to walk in that kind of weather. The sun is harsh on your eyes, and ice is hazardous to your health in general. But you still persevere. You can do this, Steve!
Hi Dayle! Yes I’m afraid it’s proper hard for me walking around the trail lap. Even though I like to use lots of hyperbole and sarcasm sometimes…It really is difficult, but that’s what makes the challenge. I don’t like it if it’s not a challenge especially if it’s a fundraising challenge and all of the super kind sponsors (like yourself) are relying on me, and encouraging me through this monumental challenge! I can’t believe there is only 47 days to go!! π¨
