1st Lap pond photo…

Hi Fitblitzers…

Yay I managed another 3 laps this morning! In August I needed to do a 3 lapper, and for September I need to do a 4 lapper…But the 3 laps today is a great step towards the 4 lapper I need to do in the next couple of weeks before the end of the month! πŸ˜€ 

My INOV8 ultra pack was nicely loaded up with 2 x 500ml of orange flavoured water and a few chocolate hob nobs. I always walk in the morning.and in a fasted state, as it uses more of my ample fat stores, so I can go 2 laps without eating…Then in comes the best biscuits in the world! πŸ˜‹

I decided to take a photo of the pond on each lap, and maybe you can see the sun slowly rising, or if the pictures are different. πŸ˜€ 

And yes…The fallen tree was still there too. But as I knew where it was and it was easy to stop over, I could manage it and knew when it was coming…And I didn’t go flying on my face which was a real bonus!

Yay I got to stop at the pond 3 times today…I think I’m going to donate to my challenge as I really want that pond marker! I have also timed when I have my chocolate hob nobs, and as I was at the pond for the 3rd time, it meant I could have my 2nd hob nob! πŸ˜‹ 

My lovely Wife Sarah gave me cuddles, coffee and a stupendous tuna stack sandwich when I arrived home…Can’t tell you how much I needed them! ❀️

My D string (Deficit) is especially going well…I’ve lost 20 pounds so far, just 30 more to go! Each time I write a ‘Tuner Tuesday’ post, I’m losing 2 pound each week…Perfectly on plan! πŸ’ͺ🏼 πŸ™

    Steve, there is something to be said for going one step at a time and not giving up! Congratulations on your progress towards your goals. The scenery is beautiful and being in nature, although you cannot see it, can rejuvenate. Keep it up!

      Awww thanks so much! Yes it’s such a blessing to be able to walk around the trail. It truly calms my spirit and feeling, listening and breathing the air and smells is beautiful. And I’m taking it step by step (like you said) and chewing away slowly just one day at a time! πŸ˜€

    The trail ahead of us is always worth walking because we’re not alone. I think the fact that you’ve become a three-lapper and are working toward being a four-lapper is a testimony to your perseverance and desire to do your best for the Lord. Way to stay the course!

      Amen Dayle! I do my trail walks and and post all about it with photos on my blogs, to mortify the flesh…Not keeping sin on life support but putting it to death! The walking toughens my body (eventually, lol), the writing and commenting strengthens my spirit, and knowing you’re reading, liking and commenting from the USA keeps me accountable and focused in Christ. πŸ™ πŸ˜€
