Hi all, I’ve just received an email from my lovely Wife Sarah saying “just wondered if you could share this info on your blog’s to all of the super people on there for me??? Wonderful husband who I love  :)” So here goes…..

As you all may know already…..Sarah works for World Cancer Research Fund, you might have read about my Tough Mudder challenge (that I’m training for at the moment) to raise funds and awareness for this charity.
