A Few Birds & Sea Creatures

Genesis 1:21-22 The Voice

God: 20 Waters, swarm with fish and sea creatures. Let birds soar high above the earth in the broad expanse of sky.

21 So God created huge sea creatures, all the swarm of life in the waters, and every kind and species of flying birds—each able to reproduce its own kind. And God saw that His new creation was beautiful and good. 22 And God spoke this blessing over them:

God: Be fruitful and multiply. Let creatures fill the seas. Let birds reproduce and cover the earth.

You’ll Never Believe This…. (Part 2)

Me taking a photo with sony

After all of your lovely comments and encouragements (more than i could reply too) i thought i would keep you up to date with a second post.

My photography received a warm response and they have asked if i would like to be apart of another exhibition in Estonia 2015 (Yay!!) Also they would like me to do a video interview (maybe next month) trying to explain how i go about taking my photos etc.. This will be really interesting for me too as i really don’t speak much, i much prefer to listen, and i also don’t really know how i manage to get most of my shots! Lol! 🙂

More Exhibition Dates:

The exhibition ART SENSES 2013, dedicated to blind and visually impaired people, starts in Ancona 4th April 2014, and then Tuscany, region in Italy, on October 26th in Massa Marittima, and it ended in Grosseto on December 3rd, with a conference on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities

For the final exhibition in Florence, Italy in December, i’ll be sending them 6 mounted & framed images and we’ll be actually going to visit the exhibition and meet the people etc at the museum. As you can imagine i’m really excited! 🙂

Anyway i’ll keep you up to date with anything else that may be of interest to you regarding my photography. Thanks again for all of your encouragements. I’m so blessed to have such fantastic group of friends on here! 🙂

Epsom Clock Twoer 2

Description

I took this photo whilst walking around the market place in Epsom, Surrey.

Epsom Clock Tower was built in 1847, replacing the watchhouse which stood from the 17th century, and was built to 70 feet of red and suffolk brick, with heraldic lions of Caen Stone at the four corners of the tower base. A bell was added in 1867. By 1902 the lions had been replaced by lanterns, (which were replaced by the current globe lights in 1920) and the toilet buildings added either side of the tower..read more…

A few shots from our walk around Nonsuch Park & Mansion.

The mansion was built in 1731-43 by Joseph Thompson and later bought by Samuel Farmer in 1799. He employed Jeffry Wyattville to rebuild it in a Tudor Gothic style in 1802-6. In Flight

A beautiful shot of a seaful in flight, flying from right to left with a green willow tree in the background.

 Description

This photo brings back memories of patience for me. This is the longest  had taken getting one shot. I spent 3 days going down to the local lake and sat patiently on a bench taking about 150 shots per day until  finally got this one. I learnt that when you can’t see what’s in your viewfinder, don’t take photos of birds! lol 😀

Snettisham Beach

Description

Snettisham Beach Sunset was taken in Norfolk in September 2006 on holiday with Sarah and Bruce. It’s a place I wanted Sarah to see, as I have many happy memories of childhood holidays here. I love to go down to the beach, especially at sunset to capture the beautiful colours as the sun sinks into the sea. I’ve taken many since, but this is still one of my favourites.
