Give thanks to the Lord by Robin Mark

Hi all! Wow it seems like ages since i’ve connected with you guys on here. I’ve been having problems with WordPress on my ancient mac, so i’m trying to find ways of posting using my iPhone with the screenreader…Not easy!! 🀣

This is my first attempt to post using the WordPress app…So what better way to post than a fantastic praise song! Me and Sarah are loving this song and are playing along to it all the time. As you may know Sarah plays the flute and a whole variety of woodwind instruments so this song is fantastic and i love listening to her! Also i play the drums and the acoustic guitar to this song (not at the same time, lol) So please give it a listen and sing praise to our Lord with us!! πŸ™ πŸ˜€

I hope all of you guys are doing well too? I can’t wait to get things sorted out with this app so i can connect with you all again…Miss you lots and God bless! πŸ˜€

🎢 “Blind Lockdown Rag!”” Me Playing Baby Taylor

This was recorded by my lovely wife Sarah whilst on holiday in Pembrokeshire with Sarah’s family on 18th Jan 2020. It was before the lockdown happened…But it looks like we were trapped inside and i was finding a way to entertain Sarah’s dad and brother Marshall, lol!

I also had no idea Sarah was recording this…But i hope it can shine into your homes and bring a little smile. πŸ˜€

☒️ How Are You All?

Sarah with arems around Steve

Hi friends!

We just wanted to send you a quick message to ask how you’re all doing during this challenging time?

Don’t forget we have a reason to sing with gratitude to the Lord every time we wake up to a new day filled with grace and mercy. Many times we forget to express our gratefulness in these busy, crazy and painful times. However, we can sing songs of thankfulness for God’s goodness and make a joyful noise as the true Spiritual church.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Colossians 3:16 (ESV)

I do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. (Colossians 1:9-14)

Stay safe and keep singing to the Lord! πŸŽΆπŸ˜€β™₯️

Yours in Christ

Weekly Photo Challenge: Heritage

Sarah i playing at church

This weeks β€œPhoto Challenge” left me with so many options i didn’t know where to start!Β

The photo above is one of Sarah & i’s favourites and is on our side-board. I thought…..”Heritage” – It has the church building which was built way before our time. β€œHeritage” – The guitar i’m playing(and not worthy of holding, never mind owning) was built by a fantastic Luthier. β€œHeritage” – And more important than all of this is the Holy Covenant of Marriage that glues Sarah and i together in the power of His promises!Β

I could go on & on…..But i’ll stop here and go and check out your posts on the challenge! πŸ™‚Β
